Join our dynamic warehouse team in Leeds as a skilled Forklift Driver and help us keep the supply chain flowing seamlessly through the night We are looking for Full time Temp - Perm FLT drivers to start immediately. Your expertise in operating forklifts and ensuring timely and safe movement of goods will be critical in optimizing our warehouse operations.

Shifts Available: Afternoon and Night Shifts Sunday - Thursday 13.30 - 2200

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in the warehouse
- Organize and maintain the warehouse for efficient workflow
- Collaborate with the team to fulfill orders accurately and on time

**Requirements**:

- Valid forklift operator's license/certification
- RTITB & ITTSAR
- Prior experience as a forklift driver 1 + year
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

**Salary**: £11.44-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Duties**:

- Safely operate company vehicles, including vans and trucks, to transport goods and materials
- Load and unload products onto the vehicle using proper equipment and techniques
- Follow established routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance as needed
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including receipts and delivery confirmations
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the vehicle
- Assist with warehouse duties as needed, such as shipping/receiving, materials handling, and inventory management
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and maintain accurate records

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Forklift certification is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for inventory management purposes
- Ability to load/unload heavy items using proper lifting techniques
- Mechanical knowledge for basic vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
