**About the Opportunity**

The BEP Joint Venture project will safely design and deliver a Plant and the works in accordance with the requirements of the contract to enable conditioning of wastes from the various donor plants, carried out in line with the Employer’s needs and to the satisfaction of stakeholders in the Box Encapsulation Project (BEP).

We are currently seeking an ICL Coordinator (Inspect Check Lists) to join our team at Sellafield site.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reporting to the Discipline lead and accountable for the coordination of EO/CWP/ICL’s
- Accountable for the coordination of all Inspect Check Lists (ICL) within the Engineering Order (EO)
- Ensure that all the ICL’s associated with the EO are drafted in a timely manner and in line with the most recent documentation.
- Ability to understand project milestones/boundaries and priorities ICL completion accordingly.
- Accountable for ensuring that the ICL’s are signed, stored correctly and controlled accordingly between all parties (BEPJV, quality and Sellafield).
- Issuing of ICL’s to stakeholders.
- Supervise and coordinate all sign off requirements within the ICL (for the assigned discipline).
- Update all construction quality related information to project trackers and systems.
- Compiling and co-ordinating the final work pack and EO close out.

**Here’s What You’ll Need**:

- NVQ level 3 in associated trade.
- Experience in handover management.
- Proven ability to coordinate resource.
- Proven ability to manage workload in accordance with a project programme.
- Experience in stakeholder management.
