Currently looking for an experienced Sales Administrator, you will provide full support to the sales and service teams, whilst also providing additional support to clients helping to maintain strong client relationships.

Ideally, the successful individual will be a proficient and experienced administrator, with previous sales support experience.

**Duties**:
**Customer Sales & Quotations**
- Assist the sales and servicing teams with the preparation of quotations for existing and new customer, using Excel and a specific in-house system
- Be involved in all aspects of preparing and pricing offers to customers, including inputting of quotes and installation jobs onto the system
- Follow up with customers and monitor lead pipeline and success of quotes

**Customer Relationship Management**
- Monitor and coordinate regular customer visits from the Sales and Service team to support lead generation
- Ensuring CRM system is kept up-to-date
- Monitor existing customer equipment usage and age

**The Individual**:

- Previous administration and / or sales support experience
- Fully IT proficient with strong Excel
- Previous reporting experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly organised and methodical
- A team player is a must
