With the expansion of Future Pro Academy we are delighted to announce the following job role is available this September 2024. Full-Time FE Lecturer in Sport and football coach, we are seeking a full-time FE Lecturer in Sport to deliver high quality education and mentorship.

We are looking to appoint an NCFE Level 2 - 3 Sport Educator & Football Coach on our full time further education college programme. This is a full-time role and will be based at our Coventry site starting in September ahead of the 2024 - 2025 academic year.

Future Pro Academy has been an established football academy over the past 10 years with a proven track record of producing professionals. Juniper Training is a national sports training provider offering various routes to apprenticeships, employment and higher education through vocational courses, employability training and study programmes.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised professional, with an excellent eye for detail and a methodical approach to join us at an exciting time for the organisation as we embark on the implementation of a new curriculum and delivery model. This role offers a great variety of teaching, coaching and match day responsibilites working across the academy programme helping develop both the individual and team. Someone who has a passion for sport and developing people is encouraged to apply.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Sport
- Teaching qualification or equivalent (working towards this is also fine)
- Experience in teaching and curriculum development (desirable0
- FA L2 / UEFA B Licensed coach (Desirable)
- Experience working in a football academy / sports college environment

Pay: £21,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
