Part-time Admin/accounts Administrator

OLD Engineering are an engineering company in Hinckley, Leicestershire.
A well-established engineering business, operating on the outskirts of Leicestershire is looking for an experienced Part Time Admin/Accounts Administrator to join their team. This role would suit school hours, and can be adaptable where needed.
**Responsibilities**:
- Dealing with purchase orders
- Supplier invoices
- Maintaining and managing customer and supplier accounts
- General office administration
- Has experience within a similar role
- IT literate with good Microsoft Office knowledge
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
**Duties**:
- Inputting invoices onto the in-house system (using SAGE 50/Factory Master)
- Money handling
- Following through with customer payments, bank transfer
- Chasing overdue payments
- Liaising with other departments where necessary
- Admin tasks in line with the role
Experience required
- Sage 50 / Factory Master experience an advantage, but not essential.
- Microsoft experience (Excel/Word)
- Friendly and professional approach
- Computer skills
- Maths and English GCSE
- Confidence and initiative
- Accuracy is essential in this role
**Part Time, Monday - Friday (5 hours daily, 9am-2pm Flexible)**
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week
**Salary**: £21,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
