'mental Fitness Coach

Following the success of our Mental Fitness Membership we are undertaking youth coaching and mentoring in various settings and supporting the wider community to create significant change for our young people. Our progressive company has a clear passion and purpose, driven to turn awareness of mental health to a useful, empowering level.

Would you like to join our team? You'll be able to inspire, coach & mentor using Bright Futures, training programme. Mental Fitness Membership will support young people in creating their own bright future

**Key responsibilities**:
Provide 1:1 support for young people in various settings in order to create a productive path for them to follow. (Typically 14 -19 year olds)
Manage your own diary to provide contractual sessions, in which you'll create momentum for the young person to achieve their milestones.

Connect and communicate with teachers/ parents / carers to promote positivity for the young person Ensuring vigilance whilst maintaining Bright Futures safeguarding policies

**Qualifications/ Requirements**:
Full UK Driving License

**Salary Package**:
£26,000 - £28,000
Affiliate package for promotion of programmes
Full resources and training provided, including phone & laptop

**Contract & Hours**:Term Time both full & part time options (Fixed term contract, with options for Permenant Employment)

**Location**:Mendips in Somerset

**Start Date: September** 2023

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 10 months

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
