Butler Rose Procurement are delighted to be partnered with an expanding nationwide construction business. The role offers great growth potential as the client's nationwide remit continues to grow.

You will join the business as a buyer with the scope to develop and move into a senior buyer position. This role allows you the autonomy, but also the opportunity to help build relationships with key suppliers for the business, improve cost savings and implement process and procedures.

The buyer will be working closely with the Head of Procurement, to meet organisational needs, ensuring suppliers meet SLA and KPIs. Planning categories, challenging cost, value and lead times to deliver requirements whilst working with suppliers to secure supply, streamline and source new supply to meet demand of requirements across the business. It has the opportunity to develop into a Senior Buyer.
- Relative experience gained in a construction, M&E busy and dynamic procurement environment
- Strong inventory management experience
- MRP experience
- Analytical skills and knowledge of analytical tools
- Strong, clear communicator
- Great interpersonal skills
- CIPS or Supply Chain qualification preferred
