**The responsibilities will include**:

- Providing a timely response and first point of contact for user-identified ERP queries, specialist advice, continuation training and technical issues, with escalation to Level 2 Support Specialists as the need arises.
- Supporting specific tasks related to MRO scheduling and capacity planning, which includes aircraft maintenance planning, work package generation and maintenance control.
- Supervising and investigating interface error messaging.
- Assisting in the set up and management of Enterprise data in SAP, such as plants, work centers, trade codes and Work Breakdown Structures.
- Collating requirements, undertaking research, conducting feasibility assessments, presenting recommendations and progressing system improvement/upgrade requests from the user community.
- Establishing governance and data quality requirements.
- Monitoring performance metrics and initiating corrective actions or improvements when required.
- Researching and providing technical information and support to the development of processes to maintain product, infrastructure and system compliance.
- Attending process, Functional, Programme or User Group meetings to provide specialist input and advice as the need arises.
- Communicating any changes in the ERP (SAP) solution to the relevant stakeholders and supporting associated change management activities.
- Maintaining test data in the training environment and database updates in the production environment.
- Providing system feasibility and technical inputs to new business proposal.
- Supporting the review of pan-function processes, procedures and practices to drive coherence, waste reduction, good practice, cost reduction and innovation across multiple sites and platforms.

**Preferred Skills, Qualification, and Experience**:

- Capable of investigating and resolving ERP system/interface technical issues and queries.
- Be experienced in prograM/Fleet planning and scheduling.
- Demonstrate superb communication and people skills across functions and at all levels.
- Have a demonstrable ability to understand cross-business functions and sophisticated interactions within a business program.
- Requires proficiency working in a multi-disciplined environment; the ability to function in a fast-growing business, proactively identifying where action is needed and taking that action.
