Handyman / woman required for a busy 34 bedded residential care home. Applicants must have experience and have a good understanding of health and safety. Applicants will be expected to complete daily paperwork and perform weekly water and fire alarm tests as well as the general upkeep of the home.

**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

COVID-19 considerations:
appropriate PPE where needed.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ormskirk, L39 5AT: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
