Office Clerk

Our client based in the Crewe area is currently looking to recruit an Office Clerk on temp to perm basis, ideally to join as soon as possible.

**Duties**:

- Responsible for providing administration support for the business needs.
- Input date into the system using Excel and general administrative tasks including filing.
- Sage expeirnce essential.
- Work with other departments, and provide support when required. Meet service delivery targets.
- Resolve issues related to tracking of orders, import/export and develop and foster strong professional working relationships with customers

**Skills**:

- Previous experience in a similar role with accurate data input skills.
- Previous experience working with SAGE essential.
- Able to anticipate problems and communicate and resolve the issues.
- Organised, ability to work under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- A professional, polite and positive telephone manner with strong customer service and communication skills

£14 per hour

Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm, Friday 9am - 4pm
