We want you to bring your leadership and ideas to build on existing rostering processes and compliance. With a real customer focus, you’ll ensure our rostering and temporary staffing teams are at the centre in the delivery of the best possible patient care.

The role would be great for you if you are an aspiring Associate or Deputy Director, looking to broaden your portfolio of skills and experience. We are not a team that likes to stand still, and we’d love you to bring your passion, skills, and enthusiasm, so we continue to lead the way in our rostering and temporary staffing teams.

You will take a lead on strategy development and actions to drive improvement and raise our Levels of Attainment for rostering and non-medical job planning. When you join us, you would be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the Temporary Staffing service and all our internal banks (including medical). Our temporary staffing contracts and arrangements are currently under review as part of a wider ICS programme of work. A key part of the role will be working closely with ICS peers and colleagues to shape how we deliver our centralised temporary staffing service across our region. The role will support the development of the team ensuring a knowledgeable, professional, and high-quality service is provided to Trust. You’ll bring your innovation and leadership to the streamlining of processes and ensuring appropriate controls.

We are mature in our rostering set up, approach and processes, so this won’t be a job where you are starting from scratch or overseeing set up rostering processes. With a competent, well-established team supporting you - you’ll have the opportunity to build on what we have achieved so far, and bring your own skills and experience to how we improve rostering for future.
