At NaughTEA Boba, we pride ourselves on delivering an outstanding experience to our customers. Located at 376 Ladypool Rd., Balsall Heath, Birmingham B12 8JY. Our cozy bubble tea shop is known for its exquisite range of flavors, unique twists, and inviting ambiance. As a Bubble Tea Barista, you will play a key role in creating these delightful experiences for our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve bubble tea and related beverages with precision and care
- Maintain an impeccable level of cleanliness and organisation at the drink preparation station
- Engage in friendly and professional customer interactions, taking orders and providing recommendations
- Ensure a smooth workflow during busy periods by effectively managing customer queues and order processing
- Proactively restock ingredients, supplies, and utensils as needed
- Adhere to health and safety standards, including proper hygiene practices and following the store's guidelines

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role or willingness to learn and acquire new skills on the job
- Passionate about bubble tea and familiar with different flavors and variations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing time efficiently
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring every drink meets our high-quality standards
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the business needs

Salary and Benefits:
