**Mechanical Estimator / Senior Mechanical Estimator**

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Estimator or Senior Mechanical Estimator to join a long-established and highly respected M&E Building Services contractor based in the Ringwood area.

The company provide Mechanical and Electrical Building Services from design, through to supply, installation and commissioning to various sectors, with typical project values ranging from £50k up to £2m.

**Mechanical Estimator - Key Activities include**:

- Respond to tender queries, prepare and submit competitive tender packages and quotations with values ranging from £50k up to £2m in accordance with the client’s requirements
- Assess the complexity of each project to determine the cost of labour and materials
- Assisting with the preparation of pre-qualification questionnaires for large tenders
- Analysis of contract documentation and preparation of accurate sub-contractor packages for pricing, as well as liaising and negotiating with sub-contractors and suppliers

**Remuneration Package for the position of Mechanical Estimator**:

- Base salary: £50k - £60k (negotiable depending on experience)
