**Workplace Designer (Architect, Interior Designer)**

**London**

My client is now recruiting for a Workplace Designer, to join their growing Workplace team on a permanent basis.

It is ideal for this role if you have experience as an Architect, Interior Designer, Creative Strategist or similar professional background.

This role is a hybrid position, with travel into London 2-3 days a week.

**The role will include**:

- To work closely and collaboratively with the Deployment Specialists to ensure we communicate and engage activities that relate to workplace
- The ability to self-learn and keep up to date with industry trends to keep ahead of competitors
- Staying up to date with industry trends to keep ahead of competitors
- Producing consistently excellent visual work Producing a host of ideas, and being able to showcase them in the most appropriate way for the stakeholder group
- Encouraging others to share their ideas and nurturing creativity
- Communicating productively with management and clients to keep them up-to-date with project milestones
- To be conversant with other Workplace & Design teams in relation to tools and concepts
- To be familiar with the top UK Key Contracts and ensure Workplace is supporting their operations with communications and engagement bespoke to each contract
- To raise the profile of Workplace Design by advocating for it positively and meaningfully with all stakeholders
- To build relationships across the sectors and maintain an up to date ideas for all Key Accounts
- Maintain the SharePoint site, continually updating, evolving and changing
- Create momentum on a range of community outlets such as webinars, articles and podcasts

**Experience Required**:

- Have proven experience in a similar Design based role
- Experience using PowerPoint, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Strong graphic design and visual communication skills
- CAD drawing ability - Revit (preferred), MicroStation, AutoCAD etc
- A confident communicator who can engage and nurture relationships with both internal and external stakeholder
- Able to operationalise concepts into strategies and improvement plans that align to customers’ purpose and key priorities
