**Engage Recruitment are proud to be supporting a successful family business as they enter a phase of further growth with the recruitment of an Injection Moulding Setter at their site in Coatbridge.**
As our Setter, youll be responsible for all aspects of injection moulding process.
**General duties**:
- Set up, tear down, trouble shoot across injection moulding process
- Adhere to process procedures to enhance production capabilities and quality of product into the market
- Ensure moulded components meet expected standard and adjust if required
- Liaise with Engineering Manager on progressing work
**What you’ll need**:
- Appropriate apprenticeship or appropriate qualification
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Previous setting experience would be beneficial
