We have a fantastic opportunity to join us in our busy Outdoor and Country store in Trentham Gardens.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- As a key holder you will work as part of a team to deliver an exceptional positive customer experience.
- Help to maximise sales and achieve agreed Store Sales targets.
- Become an Brand ambassador of all the brands we sell, ensuring your product knowledge is excellent.
- Handle customer queries confidently and escalating where required in a calm efficient manner at all times.
- Play an active role in supporting the Management Team with store standards, including ensuring products are displayed attractively within visual merchandising guidelines.
- As a senior sales assistant you will be expected to step up and manage the store in the absence of the Store Manger. This will include processing customer refunds, unlocking and locking the premises and processing end of day back office routines.
- Ability to work under pressure during busy periods, with flexibility and adaptability.
- Support and reduce stock loss by following the appropriate security procedures and incident reporting processes when required.

**What we are looking for**:
You will be passionate about providing excellent customer service and have a keen interest in visual merchandising and fashion gained from a previous retail role. Attention to detail is key, as is having a flexible approach and the ability to work to targets.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £10.10 per hour
