Homecare Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity available for a Homecare Assistant to join a homecare organisation in Cumbria. If this sounds like you then we would like to hear from you
You will be working for an excellent provider in supporting adults to ensure adults are supported with home care that is completely unique care tailored to the individual, whether that is home help, companionship care, intensive care, dementia care or palliativecare you will work with families to support them to help continue living in their own home.
As the Homecare Assistant, you will be Fully supportive working with the team and management team to directly support with care, supporting family members, working to promote the client to live independently in their own homes.
You will be able to demonstrate good organisations skills, communication skills and a willingness to work closely with colleagues and the management team ensuring the effective and smooth running of the healthcare team.
In Return you will Receive full-time position with a salary of £11.63ph £20k-22k Per annum in addition to excellent benefits, progression and developments, Holiday entitlement, On Call Allowance, paid mileage at 50p per mile
Mon - Fri 7am -10pm working hours.
