**How you'll make a difference**:

The iSEND Team makes a difference to the lives of children, young people and their families, who require support. You will be an integral part of a busy team that places the child, young person and their family at the heart of the service.

**What will you be doing?**
- You will collect information and maintain records or databases and also prepare documents and other materials for use within the team to a good, accurate standard.
- As part of this role, you will provide customers with basic information ensuring that an effective courteous customer service is given and that problematic or complex issues are raised with senior staff.
- You will be expected to support meetings, ensuring that minutes are taken, outcomes are recorded accurately and actions are chased.
- You will be required to cover business support tasks, which includes data inputting, running simple standard reports, telephone answering, typing reports and other documentation as required.
- You may be required to travel to other locations in South Gloucestershire.

**What we need from you**:

- You will have either NVQ2, equivalent level qualification or have similar level of relevant experience in administrative processes and procedures.
- You will have good IT skills including knowledge of standard software packages, however you will be trained on bespoke software and databases.
- You will have good organisational skills and have attention to detail, with an initiative to identify problems and raise them with senior colleagues as appropriate.
- You will have good verbal and written communication skills and a focus on customer needs.
