Graduate Developer

I am partnering with a very fast-growing web security company based in Knutsford, just off the M6 with really good transport links to both Liverpool and Manchester. You can easily travel there by car or by train (The train takes 35 minutes from their officesto Manchester). They are looking for a smart Graduate Software Developer who wants to be in a team that codes the right way and puts the quality of the code first, by using best practices and by NOT having stressful and unrealistic targets to hit that cancause the projects to be rushed.

This role is on-site 5 days per week.

They have been growing at a mega fast rate and have customers all around the world in over 100 countries and are also being recognized in multiple software awards. The whole IT team understands the need of moving with the times and because of this, theyhave been seeing massive benefits of implementing cloud technologies, including the use of AWS.

They believe in following agile strictly and they do this to the best of their ability with the use of many other best practices such as Test Driven Development and Frequent project releases. Pair Programming is something they are very keen to use wheneverthey can and they also have common code reviews and support meetings to help you learn new technologies and progress quickly to the next level of your career.

They work with both Java and C# and are happy to look a Graduates for both teams. They work with modern technologies such as AWS and.NET 6 and use the likes of TDD and SOLID.

Required:
OOP
Bachelor’s Degree - Computer Science / Maths / Science / Software Engineering etc.

They pay above market rates and are offering a starting salary of £55k + Flexible working hours, Share options, 8% pension, life assurance, income protection, Bupa healthcare and 25 days holidays.
