Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in central Ipswich. The building is Grade II listed and located in the Conservation Area near the city centre and served by Public Transport. Our Tenants and Clients are predominantly independent people looking for a professional base and support for their business.
We are recruiting for a varied Administration role You would be an important part of our client facing team as well as assisting with the administration of the business and finance
**The Role**
Front of house for the Business Centre
Liaising with Clients and potential clients
Assisting with the day to day running of the centre
Assisting with maintenance and Health and Safety compliance
Co ordinate our Virtual Office clients
Processing purchase and sales invoices
Reconciling customer and supplier accounts
Credit control
Maintaining social media sites such as Facebook & LinkedIn
**The Person**
- Articulate with good conversation skills.
- Accurate with attention to detail
- Confidence to deal with businesspeople.
- Computer literate, good with Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of Xero would be an advantage
- Self-motivated and a completer-finisher
- Professional at all times
- Opening hours are 09.00-5.00pm.
**This is a Part Time position working 20 hrs per week - to be discussed**
Salary Range: £12.00 + per hour
