**Contractors required**:
**Experienced handyman/skilled labourer in the Portsmouth & Southampton area required and also**

**8am-4pm Monday to Friday, part time days available.**

**The Opportunity**

**Sub contractor basis only.**

We are looking for skilled and capable individuals who will come from a building maintenance background to join us. We are looking for a handyman who can carry out various types of roles on various jobs.
- General maintenance

**Weekly pay.**

Applicants must:

- Possess good all round multi-trade skills experience.
- Be able to think on their feet and problem solve.

Have a good attention to detail
- Be happy to work alone
- Have good organisational skills
- Have good time management skills
- Fluent in English
- Hard working & physically fit
- Have a flexible approach to work
- Good customer service skills
- Full UK driving license
- Have access to own range of tools
- Be reliable, trustworthy and conscientious

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Possible weekends

The role involves reactive maintenance and will involve travelling to various different jobs.
