Our client is seeking a HR Generalist to join their fast moving automotive body building business, based in the North West of England, you will be a HR all rounder with good knowledge of HR procedures and practices, with responsibilities for around 70-80staff members.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in creation of organisation guidelines
- Hear employee complaints and seek solutions
- Conduct employee evaluations
- Conduct Employee Disciplinaries
- New hire recruitment
- Employee onboarding procedures
- New ideas to motivate employees
- Coordinate with other HR professionals
- Research and identify new HR Trends
Person:
- CIPD Qualified
- Previous experience working in an HR Environment
