DLI Engineering are looking to recruit an **experienced PUMA CNC Turner** to join their Team of Precision Engineers in **Trimdon, Co Durham** manufacturing parts for the Oil, Gas & Aerospace Industries. **We have invested in New Machinery and have a new Management Team overseeing the Shop Floor.**
- Programming, setting and operating **Puma 400 and 600 **machines for one off components and small batch runs.
- Machine a variety of **exotic materials** including Inconel, Super Duplex, Titanium etc.
- Experience **machining **large components supplied to the Oil & Gas and Aerospace Industry standards.
- Are a timed served Engineer

It is **desirable** that applicants have experience of:

- Operating Large **CNC Lathes**:

- Programming using **Fanuc** conversation
- Turning metals to **tight tolerances**:

- Reading and interpreting **engineering drawings**

As most of the work is bespoke and a high percentage one offs and small batch runs, this is an **interesting** and **varied position **working with your "Buddy" on the opposite shift. This position requires a strong **Team Player** who will share knowledge and know how.

There are various shift patterns with an opportunity of overtime as required. OTE in excess of £45K
