**Position Overview**:
As part of the Everwarm family, the Painter & Decorator will play a crucial role in transforming and maintaining the appearance of residential properties. This role is perfect for those passionate about creating visually appealing spaces through meticulous painting and decoration work. **Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Preparing surfaces for painting and decorating, including sanding, filling, and priming.
- Ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standards with attention to detail.
- Matching and mixing paint colours to client specifications.
- Advising clients on colour selection and aesthetic choices.
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
- Collaborating with other tradespeople and team members to ensure project completion.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- City & Guilds NVQ Level 2 in Painting and Decorating or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in painting and decorating.
- Knowledge of different paint types and wall coverings.
- Ability to work safely and efficiently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetic quality.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
