Forum Packaging Ltd, Horncastle, is recruiting for various levels of production operatives to work in their busy Conversion Department.

Shift pattern and working hours per week could be; two or three shift rotation, or permanent nights, on 35 hrs/week or 37.5 hrs/week. Pay rates would vary accordingly. Overtime work at the weekend may be required during busy periods.

**The Role**:
Successful applicants will be expected to train to various operative levels and will work in a small team on one of Forum’s paper sack or envelope conversion machines, achieving optimum output whilst maintaining high quality standards. Multi-skilling is essential within the department and all production operatives are expected to cover a variety of roles, including take-off, assistant and operator.

**Experience and qualifications**

Although full training will be given, applicants must have the following experience:

- Minimum of one year working in a manufacturing environment
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent (to include Maths and English)
- Computer literate
- Working on a shift system
