Our client based in Aberdare, a leading manufacturing company, is looking for Shift Supervisor to join their team on a permanent basis.

**Duties to include**:

- Responsible for a team of up to 20 people and ensure the effective performance of the shift in line with the Daily Production Plan, through the adherence of standards and behaviours (H&S, Quality & Efficiency).
- Co-ordination and monitoring of Manufacturing team, including leadership and development of Team leaders.
- Facilitating production morning meetings and ownership of departmental actions acting to resolve problems at the earliest opportunity through
- Engage in performance management conversations and written records of discussion. (improvement & positive)
- Complete Stage 1 & Stage 2 formal disciplinaries (inline with both Disciplinary & Absence procedures)
- A minimum of 3-5 years experience managing a small team.
- Previous training in Health and Safety practices is important.

**Working Hours**:

- 4 on 4 off, 2 day 2 night shift pattern
- 12 day rest period

**Pay Rate**:

- £30,000 per annum
- £8,000 Shift allowance
