Sales Progressor

**Our client, an independent estate agency, is looking for a full time Sales Progressor to join their successful office in Patchway. Working 'Front of Office’ you will get to work amongst the buzz of a very busy and productive office.**

**Duties**:

- Ensure smooth transaction of property sale from acceptance of the offer to completion.
- Dealing with customers enquiries both on the telephone and face to face
- Booking of valuations and viewings
- Assisting the sales and lettings team required by answering calls and booking appointments.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel etc
- Customer Service skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Time management
- Able to converse with all parties from clients to mortgage advisors & solicitors.

**Salary**: £22,000 per annum + commission

**Hours**: 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday, 1 in 3 Saturdays with a set day off the following week
