SmoothSale are currently seeking a Sales Administrator to work within our property investment company. We are a Leeds-based company that helps owners across the UK sell their properties quickly.
- Supporting the team with the execution of administrative tasks relating to property purchases and sales
- Liaise with property vendors and partner companies to progress transactions
- Communicate with customers to arrange surveys, photography and contracts for the sale of their property
- Update internal CRM systems with property status and compliance documentation
- Schedule viewing appointments

The Sales Administrator will need to have strong attention to detail, excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as an ability to work well both independently and alongside their colleagues.
- Experience within the property industry is preferred
- Strong Communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable and confident communicating with customers
- A passion for a career in property

- £20,000 - £25,000 Basic salary
