Waitress / Waiter

We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual to join our dedicated and professional Front of House team. As a 2 AA Rosette restaurant and 5 Star boutique hotel, this is a great opportunity to further your career within the hospitality industry, giving you the chance to learn about fine dining and 5 star service. The successful applicant must have a minimum of 1 year Front of House experience.

Department: Front of House

Responsible To: General Manager

Hours of Work: As per rota (40 hours per week, usually over 4 days), working various shifts - Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner (no split shifts). Must be able to work weekends and potentially do one stayover per week. We pride ourselves on a good work/life balance here at The Timble Inn.

**Front of House role**:

- Responsible for taking orders and having the confidence and knowledge to make recommendations to our guests
- Serving excellent quality food and a fantastic range of drinks
- Taking pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety
- Work with the rest of the team to create a friendly and professional atmosphere our guests will love
- Applicants must be available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

**Must be able to drive and have own private transport as there is NO public transport nearby**

On the job training will also be provided by our experienced General Manager and his team. Progression within the business is possible if the correct attitude and high levels of attainment are shown.

Starting salary may vary on past experience.

**Salary**: £23,000.00 p/a **+ TIPS (ca. £2-3k p/a)**
