We are seeking an ambitious and highly motivated Qualified Practice Accountant who is looking for a big step up in their career. **Financial Reporting Senior Business Adviser - About The Role**:
Take a big step in your career within our client’s Business Services and Outsourcing team, a dynamic and innovative environment where you are encouraged to challenge the status quo. Working closely with a diverse portfolio of clients, from ambitious entrepreneurial SMEs right up to multinational groups. Responsibilities will include:

- Deliver best-in-class accounting, payroll and compliance services to a diverse portfolio of clients
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Collaborate across departments, facilitating seamless integration of services to enhance client experience
- Engage with senior management and partners to drive strategic initiatives and deliver exceptional value to clients

**The successful Financial Reporting Senior Business Adviser will have**:

- Qualified Accountant with UK Practice experience (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)
- Experience of preparing or reviewing statutory accounts and/or providing external audit services
