An international manufacturing business has partnered with the team at NET Recruit to assist them in their search for a Human Resource Manager, to join their UK team located in the Milton Keynes area, on a part-time basis for 20-25 hours per week. Within this role, the post-holder will take ownership of attracting the highest quality talent, providing ongoing training and development for employees, and ensuring they are motivated, and their needs are met, in order to formulatea successful workforce.
You Role and Responsibilities
While in this position your duties may include but are not limited to:

- Managing the recruitment process, understanding the resource requirement, and ensuring that appropriate talent is attracted and onboarded
- Overseeing the preparation of job descriptions and the assignment of position grades within the business and advise management on matters relating to salary grades, ensuring equality throughout
- Analysing and assessing the systems in place to monitor performance and ensure these are kept fair
- Assessing the training needs for the business and ensuring these are undertaken
- Ensuring that regulations and law relating to labour are observed
- Implementing initiatives for employees to increase satisfaction
- Providing HR related administrative support, particularly in relation to events and activities
- Developing and maintaining efficient occupational health care processes that are appropriate to the needs of the environment and workforce
