**Corporate Finance Executive**

**£40,000 - £55,000**

**Manchester**

**Monday - Friday 9000-1700**

An excellent opportunity is currently available with an outstanding client of ours to join their Corporate Finance team as a Corporate Finance Executive on a permanent basis. The role is unique with the opportunity to work across various sectors and be a key member of the team, with a genuine route for progression.

**Key Tasks**
- Reporting to the Manager and Partners to deliver multiple projects and delivering on deadlines
- Working on a broad variety of transactions adding commercial value
- Financial analysis
- Financial modelling
- Preparation of investment decks
- Company research
- Using databases and research tools to analyse markets
- Data analysis and interpretation
- Preparation of reports such as information memorandums and pitches
- Assistance on pipeline and general task management within the team and CRM system
- Building relationships with clients, contacts and intermediaries

**Person Specification**

Education and Qualifications
- ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification

Knowledge and Experience
- Self-starter with a passion for corporate finance
- Prior experience within corporate finance preferable
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team player
- Strong commercial acumen
- Proficiency on PowerPoint and Excel
