**Our Apprenticeships**

As part of our ‘Grow Our Own' program we are looking to further strengthen our team by recruiting 4 more Fabrication Apprentices.

Our apprentices are important to us, so we've designed programmes providing our apprentices with the opportunity to spend time in various departments within the core functions here providing key underpinning knowledge and skills.

**What does the Apprenticeship involve?**

Production Apprentices will spend time mastering different welding techniques including MIG and TIG welding.

You'll be nurtured by colleagues skilled in their craft following a programme designed specifically to give you the knowledge and skills you need to progress into a range of roles including metal fabrication / welding and machining.

You will gain insight into how products are designed and made and everything else around that. At a fast pace you'll develop both a practical and academic knowledge.

Our apprentices are paid above the national minimum wage and receive frequent performance reviews to ensure you are rewarded for your hard work and academic achievements.

**What are we looking for?**

We are looking for 4x Sheet Metal Fabrication apprentices to join us in 2023

To proceed onto our apprenticeship, you need actual or predicted grades of 5-9 in English and Maths, or equivalent.
