**Job Summary**

The Sharper Edge are a fast growing multi-brand online retailer who are looking for a proactive and fast-learning office-based eCommerce Assistant to join our dynamic and fun team.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
As a E-Commerce & Amazon marketplace assistant your primary responsibility is to ensure the seamless operation of our Amazon and E-bay processes, from order handling to customer service and communication with external agency managing our TOP ASINs. Your role will encompass the following key areas:

- **Order Handling**: Efficiently manage the entire order handling process, ensuring timely delivery and zero defects.
- **Customer Service Support**: Address customer inquiries and concerns within specified SLAs, maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Metrics Maintenance**: Ensure our E-commerce platforms consistently meet all performance metrics.
- **Market Research**:Conduct market research to identify and explore new sales and product opportunities.
- **Detail Page Accuracy**: Maintain accurate product detail pages to enhance the customer experience.
- **Performance Notifications**: Stay vigilant regarding performance notifications in our E-commerce platform and promptly address any defects.
- **FBA Management**: Efficiently manage Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) processes by effective inventory planning and control.
- **Account Creation**: Possess the knowledge to create and maintain new Amazon accounts.
- **Customer Return Management**: Oversee and manage the customer return process.
- **ASIN Creation**: Lead in creating and managing Amazon Standard Identification Numbers (ASINs).
- **Operational Support**: Provide essential support to your manager when required.
- **Marketing and Advertising**: Work on Marketing and Advertising concepts (PPC, Sponsored Ads, A+ content page, Brand store, Vine, SEO etc.)

**Your profile**:

- 1-2 years of experience using Amazon, eBay, Shopify or any other e-commerce platforms.
- Can-do and positive attitude.
- Effective communication skills for clear interaction with customers and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.
- Strong internet research skills to quickly find the required information.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to perform root cause analysis.
- Fast learner who can thrive under pressure and meet Service Level Agreements.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Passionate about e-commerce and open to learning new skills.
