Pickers and Packers

Join our client's established warehouse team in Chepstow as a Warehouse Operative / Picker No prior experience is required as comprehensive training and induction will be provided. This is a long-term, ongoing position offering stability and growth opportunities.

**About the Role**:
General Warehouse Duties: Including picking and packing goods efficiently and accurately.
Team Collaboration: Work as part of a dedicated warehouse team to ensure smooth operations.
Continuous Learning: Additional training will be provided as necessary to enhance your skills.
Warehouse Tidying: Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Previous Experience: While not essential, prior experience in picking and packing is advantageous.
Attention to Detail: Display meticulousness to ensure precise and error-free order fulfillment.
Team Communication: Possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team.
Punctuality: Demonstrate excellent timekeeping and attendance records.

**Hours and Pay**:
Monday to Friday shifts: 15:30 - 00:00
£12.50 per hour
