Role
- Provide professional leadership and management to the Project Administrators and Project Support Officers and support the development of a skilled, agile and cohesive team working to standardised processes and methodologies.
- Support the effective implementation of key projects by providing high quality project management, improvement and PHM support to deliver priorities within the Annual Delivery plan and improve outcomes for the population of Leeds
- Coordinate and provide input to a range of projects, using agreed methods, relating to project specification, planning, dependency mapping, risk management, stakeholder management, highlight and exception reporting.
- Undertake facilitation, and support the delivery of specific improvement methods and support the team to enable delivery of key priority areas within matrix teams
- Support the Senior Programme Managers in the delivery of more complex change programmes and projects being delivered across the organisation
