**Y Rôl**
Fel Rheolwr Marchnata a Chyfathrebu, byddwch yn dylunio, datblygu a chyflwyno ein dull marchnata a chyfathrebu yn y Gymraeg a’r Saesneg, gan wneud gwahaniaeth i ofal a chymorth yng Nghymru.
Gan ddatblygu llais a brand Gofal Cymdeithasol Cymru, byddwch yn adeiladu ar ein sianeli cyfathrebu ac ymgysylltu effeithiol â’n gwahanol gwsmeriaid, cynulleidfaoedd a rhanddeiliaid allweddol.
Byddwch hefyd yn rhoi cyngor i uwch arweinwyr a rheolwyr ar gyfathrebu, materion cyhoeddus a materion enw da corfforaethol.
Yn ogystal, byddwch yn:

- Datblygu a gweithredu ein strategaeth cyfryngau cymdeithasol
- Goruchwylio ein prif wefan a'n mewnrwyd
- Rheoli tîm o staff

- Profiad o ysgrifennu, golygu, prawfddarllen, cysylltiadau â'r cyfryngau a chymwysiadau digidol
- Profiad o arwain tîm cyfathrebu amlddisgyblaethol
- Gwybodaeth am dechnegau marchnata ac ymgysylltu â chynulleidfa
- Gwybodaeth am sut i ysgrifennu cynnwys ar gyfer gwahanol gynulleidfaoedd a sianeli cyfathrebu
- Gwybodaeth am sut i ddehongli data ansoddol a meintiol

**The Company**
At Social Care Wales, we provide national leadership and expertise in social care and early years in Wales.
Our vision is to make a positive difference to care and support for children, adults and their families and carers.
To do this, we lead on developing and regulating the social care workforce, service improvement, data and research to improve care.
We are currently looking for a Welsh-speaking Marketing and Communications Manager to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a bilingual marketing and communications professional with the ability to quickly switch back and forth between English and Welsh to join our expert organisation.
**The Role**
As a Marketing and Communications Manager, you will design, develop and deliver our marketing and communications approach in both English and Welsh, making a difference to care and support in Wales.
Developing the voice and brand of Social Care Wales, you will build on our effective communication and engagement channels with our various customers, audiences and key stakeholders.
You will also provide advice to senior leadership and management on communication, public affairs and corporate reputational matters.
Additionally, you will:

- Develop and implement our social media strategy
- Oversee our main website and intranet
- Manage a team of staff
**About You**
To be considered as a Marketing and Communications Manager, you will need:

- Fluency in English and Welsh
- Experience leading a multi-disciplinary communications team
- Knowledge of marketing techniques and audience engagement
- Knowledge of how to write content for different audiences and channels of communication
- Knowledge of how to interpret qualitative and quantitative data
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A degree or equivalent qualification or a good level of education supported by experience
