Principal Consultant*

As senior members of the team, Itergy Principal Consultants play a key role in the success of projects. They are lead technical resources during client engagements, provide guidance through the process of designing and implementing solutions addressing client challenges and problems, and work with Itergy’s Project Managers and Senior Consultants ensuring the successful delivery of enterprise projects. They support the sales team in the development of service proposals, share their knowledge and experience when coaching up-and-coming staff members, and never lose sight of opportunities to improve processes and build the Itergy brand.

Your Day-to-Day Consists Of**:

- Discovering, scoping and designing technical solutions for Itergy’s clients;
- Performing as the technical lead for Itergy’s projects, getting involved in hands-on delivery;
- Providing project planning input to the project manager and managing the delivery teams;
- Designing and running workshops to scope projects and technical designs ensuring project work results meet client requirements and priorities;
- Helping Project Managers in identifying, minimizing, mitigating, reporting and tracking exposure and risks on projects;
- Developing, coaching and mentoring Itergy Consultants and Senior Consultants
- Facilitating team and client meetings;
- Supporting proposal efforts, including project scoping;
- Accountable forall end-to-end project technical quality and success, including scope, timeline and budget.

**Position Requirements**:

- Bachelor'sdegree in IT, Management, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field;
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in delivering Microsoft infrastructure, Azure Active Directory and Active Directory, and M365 / messaging projects as a technical lead;
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience operating and supporting IT infrastructure;
- Experience scoping, discovering, developing, and building complex designs and completing the build and deployments;
- Excellent documentation skills;
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
