Compass Associates are extremely proud to be working with a leading Private Cosmetic Hospital, located in Hammersmith, who are currently recruiting for an Theatre Practitioner to join their team. Ideally you will be dual skilled, able to cover either Scrub, Anaesthetics or Recovery.

Specialising in both surgical and non-surgical procedures, this growing company provides a unique and personalised approach, to achieve the desired results for each individual. They pride themselves on their exceptional level or customer service and client satisfaction, paired with their friendly and tailored approach.

We are looking for a professional and patient-focused individual, with a positive and flexible outlook. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Registered General Nurse (RGN) with NMC pin and accredited Anaesthetic qualification, or a trained ODP registered with the HCPC.

My client is looking for someone who is friendly, caring and approachable to ensure that a high standard of care is delivered to all patients. You will be working closely with their welcoming and hard-working team, made up of clinical staff, Consultants and wider professionals. Excellent communication skills will be crucial in order to provide the highest level of patient care, aligning with their company values.

We are able to accommodate as a full-time permanent position consisting of 40 hours per week, or part-time permanent position consisting of 30 hours per week, which both have a flexible shift pattern dependent on your preference.

**Requirements**:

- RGN or ODP Qualification
- NMC or HCPC Registration
- Minimum 1 year experience within Scrub or Anaesthetics
- Excellent communication skills
- Motivated and enthusiastic

Salary & Package

There is a highly generous salary of up to £45,000, which could be negotiated on experience. My client is also offering additional benefits including 33 days annual leave, time off over the Christmas period, pension plan, training courses and team days out.
