**Requirements**:
You will either be an experienced Shift Manager or have had a team leadership role where you have demonstrated that you are willing to accept responsibility and lead by example at all times. Shift Manager is a demanding role, managing 16 people as well as managing processes to ensure that we deliver top quality premium products to our customers and maintain a great workplace culture.

Shift Managers are measured and held accountable for people and productivity results, as well as safety and compliance in their area.

**Responsibilities**:

- lead and manage the team, effectively dealing with all people and performance issues
- create a positive work culture, leading by example, to ensure that company rules are upheld
- manage workflow of Packing/Production, ensuring correct operational, H&S and food safety procedures
- maintain a constant focus on food safety and quality
