**Hourly rate**:£18.85.** OTE - **£44,000pa

**Contract**: Full Time, permanent

**Hours**: Contracted 40hpw. Monday to Friday. We offer a flexible working pattern between the hours of 7am to 7pm.

As we continue to grow our network and expand our team across the south of the UK. With hubs already in Hampshire, East Sussex and Thames Valley, we are looking to further our reach and continue to deliver great service and innovative projects to our growing client base.

This role provides a great opportunity to gain a valued experience, whilst being able to have a significant impact on multiple projects, and to also work in a variety of environments which will give you a fantastic view of how the M&E industry operates.

As an Electrical Site Supervisor, your role is ensuring the successful execution of electrical projects, maintaining safety standards, and delivering high-quality electrical solutions within the building services industry.

**Day to day**:
Being a part of our Special Projects team, you'll be involved in delivering building services to diverse sectors and end-user clients, including but not limited to NHS, MOJ, MOD, and the pharmaceutical industry. Our teams are flexible and undertake diverse services, we offer new installations, system upgrades, plant replacements, specialist projects, dilapidation, and defect management.

This will often include the following activities.
- ** Supervision and Coordination**: Oversee and coordinate electrical installations, maintenance, and repair activities at construction sites. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
- **Team Leadership**: Manage and lead the electrical team, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance. Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect and ensure the quality of electrical work, materials, and installations. Address any deviations from project requirements and ensure high standards
- **Project Planning**: Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and practices. Manage on site welfare, including housekeeping of both the site and office facilities, health and safety and PPE management
- **Communication**: Liaise with main contractor and other contractors in a professional manner.
