Then YOU are the person we need here able to bring order and ensure smooth running of the office and the site of this very successful wholesale and retail company that is on another expansion phase of the business.

You will have good secretarial admin experience and be confident - reporting and support various senior managers and ensuring all the facilities run like clockwork.

**So What Will You Cover in this role?**

General office administration, including managing office supplies and equipment.

Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for CEO / Board Directors or Managers (as required).

Responsible for the overall smooth running of our Head Office location, oversee office layout, equipment availability and facilities maintenance.

Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related services, repairs, and maintenance.

Ensure all meeting rooms are fit for purpose and ordering refreshments and office supplies where required.

Ensure all Client visits are managed closely to guarantee an excellent on-site experience including making travel arrangements.

Support the sales teams with Order processing where required.

Facilitate effective communication within the office and across different departments.

Co-ordinate and oversee the organisation of company events, meetings, and conferences.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and employee engagement, playing an integral role in the Companies Engagement group.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the office environment.

Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.

Please note you will from time to time be invited to join meetings and board meetings to take action notes - no shorthand required - you will be asked to make an action note - so just discretion and confidence and succinct note taking required

What YOU will bring to the role:
Superb communication skills with the ability to modify your style where needed.

Proven experience as an office manager or similar administrative role.

Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail.

Proficient in office software and equipment, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management systems.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Familiarity with financial and budgeting processes.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
