Property Inspector

Out and about in our portfolio of stunning properties across the city of Brighton, the property inspector must be hard working, enthusiastic and genuinely interested in property. This is a varied and busy role that involves detailed inspections and quality checks to ensure we are maintaining our properties at the highest of standards.

We manage over 100 stunning and beautiful properties on the short to mid-term rental market in Brighton. We strive to ensure every single one of our guests has an outstanding experience in some of the best properties in the city.

Your must have exceptional attention to detail, communication skills and time management skills. As a highly trustworthy and reliable individual, you will work alone for some of your day. You'll be supported by our team based in the vibrant North Laine of Brighton 7 days a week.

You will need your own vehicle and a full, clean UK driving licence. Mileage and parking will be paid.

This is a full time role with flexible hours working a total of 40 hours per week. The hours will be between 9am to 7pm over 5 days. This will include 2 weekends per month.
