Are you an Engineering Manager with experience in a Mechanical / Hydraulic facility looking for an exciting new role with long-term progression opportunities to directorship?

On offer is the chance to join this industry-leading organisation, overseeing exciting and bespoke projects for a range of Blue-chip clients. The role will involve the organisation of Engineers from Design, Conception and Production through to completion.

This is a company who are rapidly growing, and due to the expansion of their site, are now looking for an Engineering Manager to cater for the increased demand for their services.

You will play a vital role in the operations of this niche but successful business. You will be rewarded through a generous bonus structure and company car.

This position would suit an Engineering Manager with experience in a manufacturing facility with knowledge of Mechanical or Hydraulic systems looking to put their own stamp on a team of specialists.

**The Role**:

- Monday to Friday position.
- Managing 1 site, Team of 25.
- Overseeing the development of Hydraulic / Mechanical systems.
- Management experience.
- Mechanical / Hydraulic background.
- Lives within West Yorkshire.
