**Position** **Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the end-to-end production process for content created in our UGC tools within our video game platform.
- Collaborate closely with content creators, technical designers, and other departments to ensure the successful execution of content initiatives.
- Work with the publishing and design teams to define objectives and align UGC initiatives with the live service cadence and the overall goals of the game, promoting player engagement and retention.
- Define project scopes, requirements, and milestones, and create comprehensive production plans.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure on-time delivery of UGC projects.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve production issues, and address challenges during the development cycle.
- Collaborate with the UGC Tool Designer and Gameplay Designer to understand technical requirements and facilitate the integration of content created in our UGC tools into the platform.
- Support Quality Assurance efforts to ensure the quality, stability, and compliance of content created in our UGC tools.
- Stay informed about industry trends, UGC best practices, and emerging technologies, and share relevant insights to drive innovation within the UGC team.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in the games industry, with a strong understanding of game development processes, workflows, and project management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members, content creators, stakeholders, and the publishing and design teams.
- Familiarity with UGC platforms or content creation systems is highly desirable.
- A solid understanding of video game production methodologies, including Agile or Scrum.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work efficiently within project scope.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions.
- Live game experience or exposure to live service games is strongly desirable.
- A passion for gaming and a deep understanding of different game genres and player preferences.
