**The role**:
**Opportunity for an ambitious Contentious Construction Senior Associate 5 years PQE looking for a platform to work on high-value construction disputes, to be based just outside of Stourbridge.**

You will advise on a mix of disputes in the pre-action stage and in adjudication, arbitration, mediation and in court. Claims will relate to advice in respect of payment/defects/delays, termination and insolvency, product liability claims, negligence and more.

You will work very closely with the firm's transactional construction team to provide a 360 service when it comes to risk management for client projects.
There is a down-to-earth atmosphere and a strong sense of team spirit within the practice, so they're looking for a team player who can mentor and oversee junior fee-earners.
