We are looking for a highly motivated person to work in our small maintenance team at Moor Park House.

We are looking for someone who can work 9-5 Monday
- Friday with some potential for on call time at weekends (as pre arranged.)

This involves the smooth running of the estate, ensuring that equipment is fixed and maintained to a high standard, keeping on top of numerous regulatory responsibilities including LOLER checks, gas certificates, fire risk assessments etc, undertaking some expected training with staff in fire awareness, taking a lead fire marshal role, and having some IT knowledge to help support with our numerous digitised systems.

Pay is £11.25 per hour.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.25 per hour
