**Working pattern**:We have several part time and full-time opportunities available and hours/working pattern can be discussed in more detail with recruiting manager at interview.

Our business operational hours are (Mon - Thurs 9:00am to 9:00pm and Fri - Sun 9:00am to 6:00pm)

**Location**:You will be mainly based at one of our Campuses in North or Central London. However, flexibility may be required to cover occasionally at our other Campuses

**Reporting to Head of Facilities**

You will be working as a cleaning operative, carrying out the cleaning duties to ensure our campus facilities are maintained to a high standard. You will be working as an integral part of the team to carry out our daily and periodic cleaning schedules.

**Duties will include**:
General Cleaning duties - Communal areas, toilets, kitchens, classrooms and office areas
To ensure a high standard of housekeeping
Restocking and maintaining supplies
Reporting to facilities any repairs required
Periodic and special cleans according to the schedule
Routine inspections, audits, and quality control
Waste management and recycling
- Note: Please note this is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities, and you may be reasonably requested on occasion to undertake other duties as required_

**A bit about you**:
Previous experience in a similar role
Good knowledge of COSHH
Good understanding of Health and Safety
Experience in manual handling
Experience of working with varying housekeeping and cleaning equipment
Previous experience of stock control
Be able to work as part of a team or autonomously
Good communicator and excellent customer service skills
Be reliable
Be flexible to cover holidays and absence

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Right to Work in UK (required)
