Trainee Recruiter / Junior Sales Executive Esher to £30k+
Trainee Recruiter / Junior Sales Executive *Hybrid WFH*. Are you a bright, ambitious Sales Executive? You could cross train to a lucrative career in recruitment.
We are looking for highly motivated people to join our trainee scheme. Following a comprehensive training induction you will be recruiting for an established client base offering immediate significant uncapped earning potential. You won't be expected to do 360 with dedicated marketing, advertising, new business and back office teams to support you and help you reach your full potential.
Throughout your career you will receive extensive training in recruitment, sales techniques, technology, financial and business markets equipping you with the knowledge to rapidly progress your career from Recruitment Consultant to Account Manager to Team Leader and beyond.
Recruitment is one of the fastest growing industries in the UK, offering the opportunity to work in a challenging and exciting environment where you can directly determine the level of your success and earning potential (this is NOT a HR role; it is a fast paced sales position where you will have to get used to operating outside of your comfort zone).
There's clear career progression - the speed and level of progression is down to you; one of our directors started as a trainee consultant in the role being advertised here and within four years progressed to Director level.

You'll earn a competitive base salary of £30k with uncapped commission

A modern well equipped office environment with dual screens, on-screen dialling and excellent views over Sandown racecourse; there's also flexibility to work from home 1-2 days a week post probation
