**MHE Trainer**
- We are looking for an MHE Trainer / Instructor to join our operations team at Buy It Direct
- You will be based at our Huddersfield site, but travel will be required to our other sites including Castle Donington and Elland.
- This role will provide training to all shifts AM / PM and Nights
- Salary £24,000

**More about the role**
- Completing / supporting site inductions of MHE / Manual Handling for all FTE / Agency staff
- Training all MHE staff to use the FMS system (Fleet Management System)
- Promoting a Health & Safety culture through all training and communications
- Supporting the completion of Risk Assessment (RA) / Safe Working Practices (SWP)
- Providing a consistently high level of technical skills / process training through a variety of delivery methods.
- Continuously looking for ways to ensure that training is delivered in an engaging, interactive, manner.
- Ensuring that that all training is completed and recorded in line with company policy ensuring that training files are maintained in line with legislation.
- Liaising with Operational management to ensure that all site training requirements are covered.

**About You**
- Successful applicants must possess a valid UK driving licence, train the trainer certificate and the relevant qualifications (RTITB / ITTSAR).
- Must be flexible in approach to work to train at different sites and across different shifts.
- Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communicator who cares about embedding training in Operations
- Demonstrates a desire to drive change and best practice.
- Great organisational and time management skills whilst able to handle changing priorities.
- Training background is essential.
